What are your Customer Support hours?
Our Customer Support team is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. We are closed on weekends and most national holidays.
How do I retrieve my password if I don’t remember it?
To retrieve your password, click on “My Account” and then “Forgot your password?” You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
What if the sales tax amount is incorrect on my order?
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address. To ensure you are charged the correct tax rate, please provide your complete ZIP+4. If you are uncertain of your ZIP+4, you can look it up at USPS Sales Tax Zip Lookup. Sales tax amounts cannot be updated once an order has been placed.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal and Facebook Pay.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Can I make changes to an order I just placed?
If the order has not been fulfilled and packed, we can make changes to your order. Just reach out to a member of our team as soon as possible.
Will I receive a tracking number after placing my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Will I be able to view my orders online?
To view orders online, you must create an account and then login to that account each time you place an order. If you place an order as a guest, you will not be able to view your orders.
Do you ship to locations outside the United States? For example, do you ship to Canada or Mexico?
Yes, we ship to both Canada and Mexico. However, we do not ship to any other locations outside the United States.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely way. In most cases, orders are processed for shipment on the next business day after the order is placed. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
