Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are perfectly satisfied with every purchase you make from Clever Organizing Solutions. However, we recognize that a product may not always meet your expectations – or you may change your mind. Here’s what to do if you want to return or exchange an item.
I would like to return an item for a refund.
You have 30 days from your original order date to return an item. All returned items must be unused in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping. To return an item, request a Return Authorization Form by emailing us at support@cleverorganizingsolutions.com or calling us at 251-586-8001 during regular business hours. Be sure to provide your order number. Select a shipper and create a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original form of payment, including sales tax.
I would like to exchange an item.
You have 30 days from your original order date to exchange an item. All items returned for an exchange must be unused in their original packaging. You must pay for return shipping. To exchange an item, follow the procedure described above to return the original item. Then, place a new order for the replacement item. This order is independent of the return process.
The item I received is not the one I ordered.
You have 30 days from your original order date to report an error and request a replacement or refund. To report an incorrect item, email us at support@cleverorganizingsolutions.com Please provide your order number, include a photo of the incorrect item, and let us know if you would like a replacement item or refund. We will send you a postage-paid label to return the incorrect item. Returned items must be unused in their original packaging. If you request a replacement item, we will ship it to you free of charge using the shipping method of our choice. If you request a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, including sales tax and shipping, once we receive the returned item.
The item I received is damaged.

Please provide your order number, include a photo of the item, and let us know if you would like a replacement item or refund. If you request a replacement item, we will ship it to you free of charge using the shipping method of our choice.
